At Caye Collection, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and garments are in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
